Graduated from Royal Canadian Collage 2012. Her training and deeply caring nature allows her to really tune into people and sense the emotional and physical link that creates imbalances within each individual.

As a migraine sufferer in her past she was able to use yoga breathing techniques within her massage treatments to treat chronic conditions. She is a Reiki Level 2 Energy Worker. Kate is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified Foot Reflexologist, Registered Polarity Therapy Practitioner (RPP) & Brain Gym Movement Facilitator.

Kate started Holistic Medicine in 2017. She incorporates all her knowledge into her treatment sessions. Her approach has given her clients and herself wonderful feedback. She also offers Baby Massage for newborns to 1-year olds. She also teaches parents how to perform Baby Massage on their baby.
Kate provides a program from Brain Gym on how to engage the body and mind for better performance in life. This innovative program helps clients to “learn how to learn” by stabilizing their vestibular balance, grounding their physical structure, and providing effective tools for self-calming and self-management. The Brain Gym program provides a series of simple movement activities that optimize learning and performance, while integrating the mind and body.
